Ingredients

  • 45ml Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice Gin
  • 200mls fresh grapefruit juice (red if possible)
  • Slice grapefruit (or freeze-dried blood orange)
  • Salt, for glass rim
Take the heat out of your day with this refreshing long grapefruit and gin cocktail
  1. To salt the glass rim, slightly dampen glass rim and upturn into a saucer of salt.
  2. Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir, garnish with grapefruit and serve
