Ingredients

  • 50ml Starward Two-Fold Whisky
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml egg white
  • ice cubes
  • 15ml red wine
Starward Two-Fold is an approachable whisky, made by our mates in Australia and is great mixed, spritzed, or shaken. Serves 1.
  1. Add Starward Two-Fold Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve on the rocks, then gently top with red wine to achieve the ombré effect.
