Moscato Spritz

Ingredients

  • 400ml Brown Brothers Moscato or Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 50ml elderflower cordial
  • 50ml gin
  • ice
  • lime, to garnish
Our version of a ‘Spritz’, combining fragrant elderflower with a splash of gin, coconut water and refreshing Brown Brothers Moscato. Serves 5-6.
  1. Add all ingredients to a 1 litre jug, fill to brim with ice and stir.
  2. Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour liquid from jug into glasses.
  3. Garnish with lime wheels and lime leaves.
