Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • 15ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
  • 30ml espresso
  • 10ml simple syrup
  • ground cinnamon, to garnish ice

Celebrate Easter with a bold twist on a classic. The Hot Cross Bun Martini blends rich espresso, warm spices, and a touch of sweetness - just like the beloved treat, but with a kick. (Serves 1).

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and
    simple syrup to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into glass.
  3. To garnish: Form a cross with thick skewers,
    then gently sprinkle cinnamon on top to
    create a void where the cross is.
