
Ingredients

100ml Greenall's Blueberry Gin

150ml soda water

300ml lemonade or sparkling water

50ml simple syrup

1 cup frozen blueberries (you can use fresh, but the popsicles will stay clear)

1 bottle prosecco
Cooling down has never been so fun, thanks to an ice block in a glass of bubbles! Makes 6 popsicles.

In a jug, combine the gin, soda water, lemonade/sparkling water, and simple syrup. Mix well.

Put 8 to 10 frozen blueberries in each mould and pour over the cocktail mix.

Put the lid on the moulds and insert popsicle sticks evenly.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, pour chilled prosecco into glasses and add a popsicle.
