Ingredients

  • 60ml Jim Beam Black Bourbon
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • glac cherries to garnish (optional)
  • ice

Add notes of smooth caramel and warm oak to a classic Manhattan with this full-bodied, extra-aged bourbon. Serves 1

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir using a bar spoon
  2. Strain all ingredients into a martini or coupette glass with no ice. Garnish with a fresh cherry
